Just get your steps in man. That’s one reason I love street photography. It allows me to walk while doing something I love. Make exercise part of your daily routine. My average for the last year was over 17k a day. I take very few days off. I also ride my bike a lot.

Calorie Deficit Is The Best Weight Loss

I was once pretty fat. I lost 30 pounds in three months by walking 30k steps and eating 1500-2000 calories a day. No fab diets, protein powders, pills, etc.
