Getting Better
What’s it even mean to get better at street photography? I do know this though, you’re not getting better by shooting once a month. If I go a few days without shooting, I feel a bit lost out there.

I’ve been experimenting with GRs for three years now. This is the easiest setup for shooting on the street you’ll find. These are the basics. Bodies Over Bangers
Whatever a banger is. I’m more impressed with a cohesive body of work over one or two “good” photos.
LA Is Meant For Black And White
Los Angeles is a grimy city. The streets are littered with trash, dirt and human shit. High contrast black and whites to showcase its flaws.
Light Over Moment
If there’s good light, I’ll be there. Hopefully a nice moment happens in it. Pleasing aesthetics over moment for now.
One With The Light
So happy the sun is back. It’s been a gloomy year so far on the beach. Looking forward to making some photos in harsh and golden light. Both look good in black and white in my opinion. The light makes it all pop.

Blah blah blah. So many videos on how to avoid it. Just be confident and an actor. Takes practice. It’s almost always the photographers fault.
