Nothing is perfect but watching this officer deal with this person tells me he has so much experience in these situations. Dealing with belligerent people is quite the skill.

Santa Monica Should Be More Like El Salvador
From 103 homicides per 100,000 in 2015 to 7.8 per 100,000 in 2022. I’ve spent over a month in El Salvador and traveled all over. It’s a great place full of life and friendly people. Never felt unsafe unlike the daily craziness from local zombies here.
