Ricoh GRiiix
This lens is crispy. Looks sharper than the GRiii. High contrast black and white JPEGs look better than anything from the Lecia mono cameras I’ve used. The images are so sharp and vivid.

It’s what I use 95% of the time now. Ricoh for life.

Ricoh Cross Process Is Nice
If I’m shooting color, it’s going to be cross process.
New Ricoh GRIII Firmware
Snap focus down to 0.3m. Why it was limited to 1m like rangefinder cameras was odd.
Ricoh GR Batteries
Buying authentic Ricoh batteries fixed all my issues with the GR. No more lens getting stuck or camera freezing. Took me a while to figure out as I bought a used authentic battery and I was still having problems. I examined it and found a tiny dent in the battery. Since I’ve bought two moreContinue reading “Ricoh GR Batteries”
