4,000 and counting. I’m taking the highway instead of the dirt road. The highway for me is black and white photography where I can shoot in any light. More is better for me. The dirt road is color. Whenever I dabble in color, I quickly realize that the light is more important to me for a pleasing looking photo.

It’s easy to get discouraged in street photography. I find it useful to focus on the things I can control. Mainly how hard I work. I’ve taken photos nearly everyday for four years and I feel like I’m just getting started. It would be a great honor to be remembered as one of the most prolific street photographers in this time, rather than “the best” whatever that is.
