I Love Trying New Diets
Vegetarian for seven years.
Vegan for five.
Raw vegan for only a few months.
Fasted for nine days straight. Water and coffee only.
I was in the best shape of my life while vegan but that was a few years back and I’ve gained about 25 pounds since. Now I’m eating almost all meat and lost five pounds without trying.
Bacon, Eggs and Butter
I just ate a pound of bacon and five eggs scrambled in butter. I’ve never ate that much bacon at once. But I smashed it all no problem because it wasn’t all that much food. Now I’m full and feel amazing.
