You Need A Car In California
You don’t really need one. You can live anywhere in LA and be fine using the metro or biking. But to get your monies worth from high cost of living, you NEED a car to enjoy the beautiful state of California. Otherwise you’re paying so much and not reaping the benefit of living here. Read more
