4,000 and counting. I’m taking the highway instead of the dirt road. The highway for me is black and white photography where I can shoot in any light. More is better for me. The dirt road is color. Whenever I dabble in color, I quickly realize that the light is more important to me for a pleasing looking photo.

Why I Do Street Photography?
Maybe it’s my way of patriotism. Mostly I think it’s an interesting hobby and beneficial for numerous ways but celebrating the American way with my camera isn’t a bad reason either.

Taking Versus Making Photos?
The more I “take” photos, the more I make. In other words, repetition, practice and grinding yields results. Not having a special eye to see exactly what I want to photograph. I think it’s just a talking point people use to create content. Sounds cool and artsy but never helped me become better.
