Keep It Stupid Simple

This is the cheat code to photography and life in general. No need to over complicate things. Nobody cares about your blurry background. They want to feel something from a photo. The settings don’t matter. Shooting in P Mode is the way. More focused on taking the photo, less fiddling with the controls.

10k steps per day. Easily accomplished by shooting photos daily.

Same way goes with training. 53 lb kettle bell 3x a week, same workout, same routine. No gyms, commutes, time wasted. Use kettle bells in your room.

And the diet. Meat, eggs and fruit. Whole foods only.

No fad diets, extreme training or complicated systems. No perfection.
