Backwoods Loretta

I remember when we moved to rural Indiana seeing an older skinny woman tilling her garden. A few months later she had a beautiful garden full of delicious foods. She was old then. At least in her 90s. She was constantly fiddling with the garden or doing yard work. When I moved away from Indiana 10 years later, she was still doing her thing. I’m sure she’s passed now but I think Loretta found her peace and live a long and fulfilled life.
